Membership is non-transferable and applies to the named individual only.
Benefits are valid in any vehicle the member is operating at time of service.
All services must be rendered through Roadside Towing or Alpha Automotive participating locations.
Unused tow incidents and rental days do not carry over to the following membership year.
Membership fees are non-refundable after the 7-day cancellation window.
All discounts apply to labor charges only.
Tow mileage is measured from the breakdown location to the nearest participating facility.
